Channel Update: Here's an
unofficial listing of upcoming channel changes from NPS: USA
and SCFI have discontinued their analog
signals on C-Band. USA is now available on GB,
590 while SCFI will be made available on
X4, 642. On or about May 15 look for the following 15 services to
move from G9 and GB to G3
(actual channel assignments on G3 have not been released yet): A&E;
AMC; CNBC; CMT;
CRT; WPIX; HALL;
LIFE; MSNB; MTV;
WXIA; SLTH; TVLD;
VH1 and USA. Nickelodeon
and Spike TV will return to their analog locations
on C4, 3 and G0, 19 respectively. Showtime West
(G0, 15) leaving analog on June 1. Available on G0, 101.
TMC East (C3, 17) leaving analog on June 1.
Available on C3, 111. TMC West
(G0, 18) leaving analog on June 1. Available on G0, 111.
Flix (C4, 22) leaving analog on June 1.
Available on C3, 110. Discovery East
(C4, 21) leaving analog on June 1. DSCW
available on C4, 601. Cartoon Network
(G1, 8) leaving analog June 29. Other Turner Nets remaining analog
until further notice. Fox News (G1/G5, 21) will
be leaving analog on August 13, 2007. Cinemax East (G1,
19) leaving analog on August 31. Available on G1, 124.
NPS is waiting on a contract from the Golf
Channel to provide the network on X4, 410. NPS
is also working on providing ABC Family and Disney
if possible.
