Product Warranties
All warranties on products are issued and backed by the distributor or manufacturer of the product.
Defective Products
Defective products may be returned and exchanged for another new product if you notify us within 21 days from the time you receive the product from the shipper. After three weeks defects must be must be handled thru the factory or distributor warranty.
Returns
We can only accept returns if you have not opened the original factory packaging, returns are subject to a 10 percent restocking charge. To return an item you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and inform us that you wish to return it. No refunds on shipping and handling charges.
Orders are shipped as soon as possible.
Our total liability to any and all customers in all transactions, in all circumstances of sale shall be limited to the price paid per item.
